I'm so excited to be embarking on this opportunity to help people help themselves. Each newsletter will feature an advice column, giving answers to questions submitted to me. I will try to answer to questions every newsletter. If others want to comment on the problem and or answer given, please post it on this journal/blog. After you have subscribed to the newsletter, send me an email giving me a brief overview about the baggage you wish to be rid of. I will keep all names confidential when your issue is addressed in the newsletter. And who has physical baggage?... your boyfriends old shirt that you refuse to part with because you believe that one day he'll come back for it and you, or your ex-wife's picture that remains on the headboard because you're determined to have her back in the bedroom, one way or another. Tell me about it.

And by all means, read some of the books suggested. All of them are life changing. And let's not forget the 21 Day Affirmation. If you don't take the time to affirm yourself, no one else will.
